"Lovely hotel, clean and in good location. Plenty of restaurants within yards and main shops (high st shops) maybe 10 mins walk. Great view of cathedral (bells stop at night!) Square can get a little noisy but windows are well sealed an air con ok. "

"Great location, nice and quiet but only 5 minutes from the station. The kitchen area was good, but lacked facilities. I needed to ask for plates, bowls and cutlery. A toaster would've been useful."

"Clean room. Basic but clean and comfortable. No extras. Location good. Staff ok. I liked the lounge space near reception where tea, coffee etc. were free 24/7. No kettle in economy rooms."

"Had a city suite, it was a large spacious room in good conditon. Bathroom had separate shower + bath. Each bed had two different pillows, soft and medium. the soft pillow was amazing, makes such a change to have a nice soft pillow in a hotel"
