"I honestly choose a resort, but I accidentally choose this area. However, I would recommend for those who are low budget travelers but who are willing to take a break and rest in their amazing hot springs. They do have hiking trail, but it is the best not to go in the midst of rain. You will slip and get yourself all muddy. I learn that that hard way. The spa, located at the top of the grounds, is fantastic. I had a coffee scrub and massage that completely rejuvenated me after coming from the high altitude in Quito. When my friend wasn’t feeling well, they even prepared her a special tea—and she felt better the very next day.
Meals on the balcony were unforgettable, surrounded by birds, butterflies, and the soothing sound of rainfall. The gentle, sweet property dog quickly became a highlight of our stay—we looked forward to seeing her every day.

"this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

The staff went absolutely above and beyond, helping us hire a local babysitter, packing us specialized meals to go, checking in even if two folks has already eaten lunch but they knew another person in our party had not yet. And so many activities on offer with guide! Pool was big and had a large shallow end, which our two kids loved. GORGEOUS views and property. Stunning and can’t wait to return!"
