"Rooms are small but clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable, and location is a close walk to the springs.
The worse part about this motel is that it is still just a motel. The sound proofing is non existent, road noise can be heard and other guest conversations can be heard clearly. The motel provides you with earplugs but that’s not a great resolution to the problem. Second issue is they only installed one window with blackout curtains so sleep was limited by the light and noise. Would not recommend. "

"If you like historic hotels with character, this is the place for you. It was truly a grand old hotel that still retains things like an elevator with a gate door, old fashioned cash registers, and beautiful wood carved furniture. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. That said, the hotel's glory days are clearly behind it and it is showing it's age, so if you like "new and shiny" this may not be the place for you."

"The hotel was nice and clean, staff was amazing, but the elevator was down and they put us (a family of 4) on the top floor. Then our room was out of many of the amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was great!"
