"Staff scarce but helpful. Unusual design for a provincial capital: colourful, even glitzy, clean lines. Everything works by QR code which is not always reliable. Room lighting chic but no decent reading light over the bed. Brilliant breakfast. (I especially recommend the chicken soup.)"

"We stayed here in early 2023 and enjoyed the hotel. So it made sense to stay once again in February 2024. However we were disappointed. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower and its wrapper on the floor of the bathroom from previous guests. Finally, the shower drain was clogged which meant we needed to stop showering to keep the water from overflowing the shower basin."
