this hotel deserves 5 star rating ***** the location is perfect for shopping and outside dining options and a stroll in the park. but for me what makes it 5 star are the staff from Ric Fuentes, Cha and the rest of the staff at the executive lounge sorry I can't remember you all. well special mention to Matt Salvador and the Chef who have surpassed my food expectation. thank you and of course the room very clean an spacious.

Great staff, great location, wonderful spa. We arrived after a red eye flight and accommodated us for an early check in. The rooms were luxuriously big and very comfortable for its location in the Ortigas CBD. And just beside restaurants and a Jollibee!

Stayed here for one night layover in Manila and it was above what we expected. They kindly let us checked in earlier, pool was 10/10. Buffet breakfast also one of the best I've been too.
