"Our family upgraded to the Executive Lounge Package through Hotels.com. The details were not clear - i.e., we thought the package was for our entire family but it was only for my wife and I and our four year old. But, we had a 7 and 9 year old with us. Originally, the hotel team member said we had to pay but told them that their details on Hotels.com were not clear, and their manager on duty was very understanding and waived the charges for our 7 and 9 year old. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff kept in touch with our through text messages and quick to respond for any inquiries. We really liked the Executive Lounge Package - it definitely elevated the experience for our family. For my business trip and family trip to the Philippines this will definitely the #1 choice. "
