Great little hotel, near the beach front, nice and clean, only complaint is the pool shuts at 17.30, not ideal when it’s 45oC outside

A pleasant surprise...

Valuefor money this place is spot on. Not perfect but the pool makes up for it. Would we come again most definitely. It was close to out denist, the best shopping mall and on a great bus route to the centre and old town.

The staff are very professional, extremely friendly polite and willing to help. We had a comfortable stay for a week. We enjoyed the breakfast options. However, only managed to access the swimming pool once due to the limited hours. On the website it stated the pool is available from 8am until 8pm, but it was from 9am until 6pm. This is very limiting especially since it's peak season and extremely hot. We used the hotel as a base to explore the area so the pool was closed when we returned in the evening.

Average place not good breakfast

Breakfast was very basic to what’s shown on booking, no soft drinks not a great variety of food nothing hot available. Lunch available only on order. They charge you at checkout for water bottles consumed. Swimming pool closed at 6pm which was a shame as that’s the ideal time to unwind. Bathroom smelt of damp an sewage all the time. Staff were polite at all times.

Linen needs cleaning and/or renewing.

Reception staff lovely and helpful. Apart from the bald serious looking one. Room could have been cleaned much better. All the towels and bedding including pillow cases were marked. The bedding did not get changed once in the entire week we were there. The fridge only turn on when you’re in the room so if you’re out for the day don’t expect your fridge items to be cold and edible on return. The young men on reception were lovely.

Where do I even begin?? This is the most falsely advertised hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures look amazing but in real life, the rooms are far less glamorous. We stayed in family connecting room 207/209. We had a missing shower door in one bathroom, mould in the shower basins, grout falling off the shower tiles, dried yellow stains on the toilet seat, stained towels, no laundry service available, and the most inconvenient bathroom layout. Some positives…the room itself was comfortable with good air conditioning, breakfast and pool was adequate, there is complimentary water, daily housekeeping, staff were friendly and the location was convenient. It wasn’t value for money.

Nice walking area and bench areas 150m from hotel with nice views of cliffs. Mall is close by. Quiet area. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Kind older man in the mornings for breakfast and nice front desk people. Helped me with all my many bags and made conversations each day. I really enjoyed that. Made my stay pleasant. When I was very very sick from a stomach infection, I had mentioned it to the front desk and later that day someone had called my room to check on me. Very thoughtful. House keeping us very good at their job, rooms were immaculate and floors were very clean. Most places your feet are dirty if you don’t walk around with shoes not here. My room was dirty when I arrived by mistake and they upgraded me to the triple room and allowed me to stay there during my whole stay. No messy switching rooms back and forth. Appreciated that as well. Breakfast was nice for an included meal. Shampoos and soaps we’re also good quality no dry skin. Towels were also very clean. Nice facilities and clean. Pool was nice as well. Just a bit slippery walking around. Overall great stay and would recommend.

The hospitality of this place was amazing. One of the receptionists, Emre, was very supportive in anything we needed. He helped with any issues we had and also informed us on activities that were available in antalya. We are thankful for our time here.

Very friendly staff in reception and they speak good English, the rooms are clean and there is a lovely pool outside, enjoyed swimming, unfortunately I was late for breakfast so I can’t comment on the food, but the staff are brilliant

The property needs a really good management team to ensure its ran properly, ive stayed here 4 times now, its gone dirty and scuffy ,the day time receptionist, was asleep on one of the couches half the day ,so he wasn't running the staff ,the rooms want properly maintaining, speaking to other guests, they had the same opinion
