"We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt. The location is excellent — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the ski lifts, which made our trip so convenient. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect after long days of skiing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wellness area was a great place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great small hotel in Zermatt. Stayed for one night as travelling around, but Maria was great on desk. Checked us in earlier than normal time.(grateful for that). Slept well during night. Nice breakfast before checking out. Everything we needed. Would stay again."
