"La entrada se hace 2h después de lo que viene reflejado aquí, no hay nadie en recepción desde las 3 a las 5 de la tarde, teníamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dieron 2 camas individuales, sin aire acondicionado en la habitación, no tenían reflejada la reserva y por suerte habia una habitación disponible, sino nos tendríamos que haber buscado otro hotel, porque segun ellos solo trabajan con booking y no conocen esto de Hotels.... "This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."
