We did not have breakfast included, but I tied the continental breakfast once. They had lots of choices. Room was clean, the staff was amazing by the pool area especially Jaime the tall bartender. We have partial Oceanview and was not upgraded as well.

Aloft Ponce Hotel & Casino
Cannot control AC temperature from room per policy. Must contact staff to adjust temperature in room. Simply ridiculous. Also electric USB cable sockets did not work. Notified staff but did not fix.

Ponce Plaza Hotel & Casino
It had a pool. It was clean but didn't have time to go. It does have a Gym and a Casino.. Everything you might need is at walking distance. Castillo Serralles might need an Uber or taxi. Níspero Restaurant is very good and their service is excellent. It is a 15 min stroll from the hotel by foot. ...
