Great location and view

Rooms are small but nice, no AC but was fine with open windows at night. Awesome view from the room and terrace, and convenient location - old town is right at the bottom of the hill and the lake is a few mins walk away.

A superb small family run hotel in the heart of the old town. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to anybody considering a stay in Annecy.

Gorgeous view from our room! While it's a bit of a hill to get to the hotel, it's a short walk down to the shopping, restaurants, and the lake. It rained quite a bit when we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy it, but there's a great deck that would be wonderful for a picnic. Loved our stay here!

The location to the Old Town part of ANNECY is the best! It's at the top of a hill right above all the restaurants and shops. The room we had was cute and quaint. Be careful of the steep stairs though. The staff were fairly nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly hosts. We were directly offered a save garage for our Motorbikes, They gave us very good recommendations for dinner restaurants. I came there twice and had always a warm welcome. Free parking when a spot was available which worked out for us really well. Would definitely stay here again! Comfortable bed, super breakfast and excellent location! Great view from our window as well. Loved it!

Cute hotel and nice couple that runs it. Loved the home-y feel. Breakfast buffet was good too - fresh pastries, cheese and meat. The hill was steep so that was a bit much but also authentic to the location. Location was perfect and central.

Lovely find - family run with that big of French quirkiness with children, cute dog and cat hanging around. Views probably the best in Annarcy. Would definitely stay again. Not 5 star accommodation but excellent value

It was a short but steep walk to the hotel from the main part of the town. We loved the location. It was in walking distance to the lake, town, shopping, food, and train station. It is a beautiful area. Breakfast was nice.

Unique Castle Vibes

Perfect location to stay by the castle and old part of the city. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance . Very clean and quant. Loved the view out our window.
