Comme beaucoup de Campanile, les chambres sont sur deux niveaux/de style bungalow et les voitures sont garées juste devant la chambre, ce qui est génial quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Propre, confortable et calme, un séjour bien meilleur ici que ma visite précédente dans un hôtel de la même chaîne. Content de revenir ici. Le restaurant sur le terrain est toujours un bonus.

Great hotel. Super helpful staff.
Super hotel. Ideal for a base for my Alps cycling experience. I stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff were really helpful. Food was great. Rooms cleaned beautifully each day. The only bad thing though was the location of the hotel, as it was about a mile steeply uphill from Annecy centre, with the motorway in the background. The motorway noise didn't disturb my sleep though.

great stopover
Busy at check in so took a while, but the guy was very helpful and offered information regarding the local area including best route into town and parking spots there. Room was fine, kettle and tea/coffee making available in the room. WiFi also fine. We didn’t have dinner so am unable to comment on the restaurant, but the menu left in the room seemed to offer a variety of food options. It’s a little out of town for those without transport, but suited us great as we were just passing through from Switzerland to France

Nice hotel but a little outside Annecy
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable, however it was a little outside Annecy which required us to use the car more than we initially thought. However the bar was well stocked and the menu more than passable. All in all a great place to visit and a good value hotel.

A good Campanile, simple but perfectly good hotel
Classic Campanile, which is to say neat and clean, plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices, etc. Close (for driving at least) to the Lake or other areas of Annecy.

Great place to stay
The hotel was close to the main travel routes, yet quiet and a twenty min walk to the centre of town, along a quiet river walk. Good free parking at the hotel.

Clean but small
We stayed here on a trip to Annecy but it's about a half hour walk outside the city in a residential area. There is a green belt close by that's very nice to take into the town. The room was updated, clean but rather cramped. The place had a good restaurant though for breakfast and one night when we had dinner there.

An affordable and adequate motel
As we had a rental car, it made more sense to be a outside of the city center, though this was a bit far from Annecy. I didn't realize there even were motels in Europe! Staff were fine, the breakfast buffet was nice, but the room was quite small and on the ground level, which caused a problem when people were talking loudly in the parking lot right outside our window.

All staff friendly and helpful;
Booked this as a base for cycling round the lake - on paper it is only 10 minutes from the town centre, however although there are defined cycle paths from the area to the lake they are very hard to find and barely used - ended up on a dual carriageway on the way down. Hotel location is a considerable height above the town centre so return is all up hill. NOT a good base for cycling. On the plus side all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and all spoke varying degrees of English

Up a hill, going home was cardiac
Staff fantastic, room clean, Duck in resturant was tough.. Rooms very small for 3 adults. I would not sell these rooms for 3 adults they are too small. We were in a group of 12 people in 4 rooms, the bar staff mixed up allocation of drinks bills too rooms. The climb up to the hotel was tough.

Está bien para pasar la noche, pero es caro para una habitación muy pequeña sin apenas espacio para moverse. No me dieron factura y no activaron los sellos acumulables de hoteles.com, he tenido que abrir una reclamación.
