200m² villa on the heights of Annecy

In the countryside, 2 minutes walk from the forest and 15' by car from Lake Annecy.
Contemporary, bright house with exceptional mountain and lake views.

The house is located 2 steps from the forest and in a country site.

Accommodation consisting of a ground floor on which you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 10 people, a living room with a sofa bed and 2 large terraces.
The second floor is composed of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A laundry room and two toilets complete the set.

On the grounds, and depending on the season, you will find aromatic herbs.

Point of attention:
- the exteriors of the house are not finished, however, the house remains quite comfortable and functional.
- the bathrooms are each included in a bedroom
- the house is suitable for 8 people, + 2 people who sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. 2 bedrooms are equipped with sunshade (not complete black), 2 bedrooms have in addition blackout curtains. Black can only be done in the living room which has the sofa bed.

- several animals must be with you: 2 cats that live outside but can invite themselves into the house if you leave the French doors open, our cat,-chickens below the grounds, goldfish located in an outdoor pool.

The house is not suitable for receiving young children due to: the presence of the pool (for goldfish), and the presence of a staircase that does not have a safety barrier.

Reservations are for a minimum of 7 nights in July and August.
