The parking was difficult, no ice machine, no in room coffee, the beds were too soft, it took the hot water a long time to heat up, the fridge was stuck on the coldest setting and froze all our stuff, I touched a lampshade and it fell off because it was broken, we booked a king room and got 2 queens. For $300 plus per night it was abysmal "
