"Clean and comfy room, complete with a sitting area with a wonderful view of the bay. Excellent restaurant. Was quiet this time of year, had games room/grand salon pretty much to ourselves! Enjoyed the turn of the century decor and the beautiful grounds. Will be back!"

"This accommodation was beyond our expectations. Our room had 2 dbl beds, plus a large sectional. We were pleasantly surprised that not only did it have a lovely electric fireplace in the main area but another one in the bathroom aswell. The jetted tub was the icing on the cake. Stayed 2 nights during new years"

I loved the waffles you get to make yourself, very yummy.The staff were very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Inn. "There is nothing that didn’t stand out. The Lark and Loon is a very special place. It’s so close to the heart of the town. It’s beautiful. It is full of intrigue and mystique, but most of all it is run by two of the most wondrous people. From the moment we stepped onto the property we were drawn in. Kevin and Lesley are brilliant hosts. Kevin’s enthusiasm is contagious, and he and Lesley provide the perfect balance for any visitor. The beds are absurdly comfortable, the environs so quiet and full of things to look at. I learned an incredible amount of local history, as well. Plus the breakfast! The fresh toast, the parfait, the scrambled eggs…it was worth getting up for. It’s a magical place, it truly is. We left feeling more like family than guests. Our hosts were knowledgeable and kind, and truly love Annapolis Royal. Plus…there is a scavenger hunt. I’ll say no more. If you’re looking for an experience to remember…absolutely you cannot go wrong with the Lark and Loon. "
