"Quick check-in, friendly and very helpful staff. Our patio door broke on day one of our stay (bottom rollers)and it was repaired immediately after reporting it to the front desk staff. This was particularly important as we had a new puppy and requested a ground-floor room with easy access outside. Situation was resolved immediately. Great location. Look forward to visiting here again."

"A fantastic spot - so clean, airy, plenty of room for two families, very well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for use, were much appreciated! This was our second time staying here and we would not hesitate to return!"

"Location is great. Really clean and comfy. Great for long stays, there's a full kitchen. Was more than we expected. Owner/manager (the man we were in contact) was amazing. Even treated us to a dessert from his restaurant. Above and beyond. Such a cute little town too. Only thing we could have used is more pillows for the bed. We would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you"

"Very comfortable with every amenity imaginable. Sally’s Beach is right next door about a 5 minute drive or about a 20 minute walk to the left of the property. There were even beach towels to use. Kitchen was well appointed with cooking herbs (there is also a small garden with fresh herbs), pots, pans, bowls, etc. Only things missing were Saran Wrap and tin foil.Also, bring an umbrella for the beach. Would stay again and highly recommend. Very clean and lovely beds."

"This property was absolutely wonderful and EXACTLY what we needed/wanted for our 10 night stay. We are a family of 3 (2 adults and a teenager) and the space felt like home almost immediately. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, the living room was perfect for lounging after a beach day, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything that we could have imagined. The view/outdoor space was amazing and we saw seals on our VERY FIRST night! Check-in and out was super straightforward and easy - host communication was impeccable.We have been to PEI previously and stayed on the North coast, but our stay this year has us all-in on Lower Montague and this specific property on future visits, for sure!"
