Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to bay, beach, restaurants, and shops. The porch furniture could have been more comfortable and included beach chairs would have been nice.

Small lovely getaway

Came down on vacation and got to enjoy 2 days there lots of stuff to do and all within walking distance food,shops and the beach thanks will visit again

Lovely Island Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. Our place was comfy, quaint, and great location. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do - beach, eating, shopping, etc. Only one con was a loud neighbor in the unit above but didn't spoil our over-all stay!

Worth the stay!

Location is off the beaten path which made it quiet & relaxing... exactly what we were looking for! It was close enough to shopping & restaurants but far enough that there isn't a lot of foot traffic! Loved it. Room is great. Heated pool made it difficult to cool off but comfortable.

Great location ! Very clean & everything you need to stay for a short or long stay.. loved the pool after the beach & after dinner every night . Never had to share it either . Bay beach right across street plenty of food & shopping within walking . We would still recommend renting a golf cart we did from AMI golf carts. Great way to get around the rest of the island.. this will be our spot for sure on our Nxt trip.. thank you for such a great stay! Oh & the bathroom & shower is amazing!

Nice pad, could be great.

Location, clean as a whistle, as advertised. Great for single or couple for a few days, maybe up to a week. Agency communication easy and clear. Would be a 5 star if they would just upgrade a few items: new pillows and bedding, improve usefulness of kitchen (count on nothing to cook with, though utensils are fine enough). Would return for another 4 day stay.

Property was very nice and a convenient location.Experienced a problem with code to open door and called troubleshooting line and we were on hold for over a half hour. Went to troubleshooting app. and were able to get code reset. We’ve stayed at numerous properties and both the poor directions and unnecessary complications of the door lock were frustrating.

Nice pool area. Close to Pine Ave

You are close to Pine Ave, the Waterfront restaurant,Two Scoops ice cream, and the pier. It is at the opposite end to get to the larger beach. The kitchen could be better equipped. The furniture is well worn. I would choose an upper unit instead as you can hear everything from upstairs.

2024 June Proposal

We loved where we stayed, across the street was the North Shore and morning sunrises, walk 6 blocks you are at the South Shore, to see some Beautiful Sunsets. Both Piers are in walking distance and the food was delicious at both places. We rented a Golf Cart for our 9 day stay, for us, it was the best way to get around to see multiple islands and explore even in the rain. The Trolley was great too, especially on those really rainy days. We tried all different kinds of restaurants and enjoyed them all especially the fresh seafood but the smaller restaurant were great too. Our time on Anna Maria Island was Amazing as well as our Home & loved the Pool for a relaxing day. Island Life for our 9 days was Truly a Beautiful Experience.

Great Stay for a Couples Getaway

The location of this home is perfect, this particular unit faces the main street along the beach with a private porch and chairs. We spent a lot of time here relaxing and enjoying the weather. The unit itself was beautifully updated and clean. As a basement unit you could hear the upstairs neighbours sometimes but it was never an issue for us. The only request I’d have is for more basic supplies such as Tupperware, tinfoil, or even a pen, etc. Overall was a lovely stay and we will definitely be back!!

Could’ve been better

We stayed for four days at South Bay Inn 1. When we arrived it was very clean. The location is nice and close to the piers and a few restaurants. We loved Two Scoops ice cream! A few complaints is that our first full day within our stay we were told we had to be at the condo from 2-3pm to let Spectrum service the tv. We were given about a 2 hour notice which threw a wrench in some of our scheduled plans. When they arrived there was nothing wrong with the tv… The people above us sounded like they were stomping around even past 10 pm. We also had to wait several hours to do laundry when there are four units and only one washer and dryer. The picture of the beach in the images of this condo is not right across the street. Overall, the condo is nice looking but because of the listed factors I cannot rate it a 5.

Cute and cozy

My first time renting through a bigger rental company. Rental #1 is the downstairs condo, it's a bit small but really all you need for a stay for two and its in a great location, just steps from the bay. The house was clean, the A/C blew cold and the property was well maintained. The pool was warm and clean, the bath towels were soft and plentiful. I found the king size bwd to be comfy and there was plenty of storage in thw bedroom and kitchen. The rental had most of what you need for your stay, but unlike other rentals I've stayed at on the island, useful leftover items from previous guests are discarded when the house keepers clean up, so expect to buy EVERYTHING you'll need (ziplock bags, sunscreen, laundry detergent, ice- because there are no ice cube trays, etc.). I was less than impressed with the cooking utensils and beach towels (the silicone tip tongs were broken, dollar store quality spatula, warped frying pan, the beach two beach towels supplied were thin and quite small). There were a few ghost ants present in the kitchen but by no means would I consider it an infestation, I've come to understand that they're fairly common throughout Florida. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Squeaky clean, but loud and a little harder of a bed that we are used to.

The studio was spotless, squeaky clean when we walked in at 1600, the place had this very pleasant smell too! There was a few little things that could use a bit TLC, the couch material is piling, the bedding seemed a bit worn, and unfortunately for us the bed was rather hard. Little things that did not really make or break our stay. The location was excellent, cross the street your in the beach, The delicious Water front restaurant with in ten steps, the pier and soooo much more! I do have to mention the unit we were in was on the ground floor, unit 1, the folks above us had been dancing all night well into the wee hours of the morning. In a lame attempt to contact Vacasa, ( because they have never answered any of the times we have tried to connect with Vacasa) they did not answer and as I write this they still have not gotten back to us which at this moment in time is a moot point. The were loud and seemed to be having a good time and one could hear it all from the bottom floor. It was awful, all in all the bed which was a tad to hard for our taste, the loud party above us, the lack of interest in Vacasa to tend to any questions and or request for support we had, it was just a last minute just in case place we booked and first time ever using Vacasa. It was pleasant but not worth the large amount of money paid where we could have gone to luxury collection property elsewhere for this. I really wanted to love it, however there were just a few hiccups that made it just ok

Great little getaway! Wow, what a sunrise!

Such an amazing cozy spot for a beach getaway! Very clean and close to restaurants and the beach! On the bay side of the island, so the sunrises are so worth getting up early to snap some amazing pictures! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and convenient
