Location

Overall this place was exactly what you want while staying on AMI. Close to Pine Ave, wonderful pool, and all the essential amenities. There was construction on the property, but it was communicated well before our stay and the foreman for the construction crew was very pleasant and let us know on the days they would be a working close to our unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very clean!

This was our second time staying at the Sunrise Garden and we would return without hesitation! Great location being close to many restaurants and stores. The pool was great and stocked with towels every day. The room was clean and had all the basics supplied. Definitely recommend going!

Perfection!

The cottage was so cute and quaint, very clean, the beds very comfortable, the location was absolutely perfect to beaches, food, shopping. Believe it or not, the shower was literally the best shower I've ever been in! Thanks for the great stay!

First Time in AMI

This location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to the Bayfront beach or the gulf-side. Very close to pine Ave and all the main restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was fun but you could definitely get around easily just walking. Bed was comfy enough and nice accomodations

What a wonderful stay we had, super clean, very helpful. The only reason I have marked down is that we understood we had dishwasher/ washer dryer but perhaps it’s a miscommunication. I would also recommend suppling a net for the pool as the wind blows in leaves and it would have been great to fish these out. Super clean, had everything we needed, welcome pack provided and our friendly neighbours shared condiments as the accommodation literally has the basic requirements cups/ plates/ bowls. Anna Maria island is our favourite place in Florida for sure, we will be back.

Perfect location and nice townhome!

The room was put together very well! It was clean for the most part. The amenities were nice including the free diy laundry! The only complaint was the room smelled musty/moldy and it followed us home. Haha. Awe informed the property managers 3x but no response. If things are remedied, it’s a wonderful place and perfect location!

Sunrise Garden #8

The condo was conveniently located steps away from the bay side of Anna Maria. We enjoyed walking to the cool beans coffee shop and the Waterfront restaurant. There is also a convent store/ice cream shop just a block away. We felt the walk to the beach was far (15min) for carrying a cooler and beach gear, so we decided to drive to the beach access. We parked at the Sandbar valet parking lot. They offered 2 hrs complimentary and then any longer than that there was a $20 an hr fee; $45 max. The Condo had everything we needed. Laundry is shared and located behind the condos; you could walk out the back door to the laundry. The pool area was clean with tropical plants all around. Our only complaints is the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on the cushions were flat, and the guests staying there did not park in their designated parking lot # so we were having to park in someone else's spot. Overall I would book here again. The price was perfect for September.

Cute little house

We have stayed on AMI many times. We knew this was going to be a shorter trip than usual so we booked this house because it was one of the only ones that would allow for a rental that wasn't a full week. Overall the house was great for a short time. The beds were comfortable and this unit was convenient to the front of the building complex. The biggest problems we saw in this house was the lack of kitchen supplies. We didn't cook on this trip because it was so short, but we usually do and would have been very disappointed with the lack of kitchen items. The home also had the smallest refrigerator and oven/stove combo I had ever seen. The bathroom needs a towel rack next to the sink for a hand towel. The house also seemed a bit damp. There was a dehumidifier, but we noticed after being away, we would come back and it was damp. The house was very clean upon our arrival. It is a half mile walk to the beach which isn't to bad. It is a very short walk to the fishing pier which is fun to go out on. We walked to the donut experiment also. Overall a good trip, just a few things to note.

We enjoyed staying here it was walking distance to many beaches. Such a cute and lively area. The place was clean and nice and cool when you needed to escape the heat. The pool area is nice and they have floaties and noodles to use and endless towels. We will be renting here again!
