Dream vacations come true at Cabana Breeze, a vacation home nestled on the north end of Anna Maria Island, near Pine Ave, offering an abundance of shops and restaurants, AMI City pier, and close to the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches. This four-bedroom and two-bath is dog-friendly with an amazing backyard.

Inside the front door is a great room with a nautical-themed seating area with two sofas, two navy chairs, a TV, and a modern dining room table. The adjacent main-floor deck has an outdoor dining table and Adirondack chairs overlooking the backyard space. A gleaming kitchen includes culinary essentials, stainless steel appliances, and a granite island with bar-stool seating.

Catch up on much-needed sleep in the primary bedroom, where you can rest easy in the crisp linens, watch TV, and grab a fresh cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the morning breeze from the patio. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a closet. The three guest bedrooms have delightful decor, luxury beds, and Apple TVs, and they share the hall bath with a walk-in shower and a double vanity with plenty of cabinet space for essentials. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room for extra accommodation.

Just beyond this room is a ping pong table, and across the deck are two picnic tables and a bbq grill. The private, heated pool is brand new and features in-water seating, an in-water sundeck, and an in-water table. Guests also have access to a beach wagon and bocce ball.

Cabana Breeze is a solar home using solar panels to generate electricity and a solar pool heater to support year-round comfort. A weeklong stay in Cabana Breeze is like planting 3.4 trees due to the carbon offsets.

This property was beautiful! It was in a great location close to the beach. The bedrooms and shower we nice and the living room and kitchen were spacious. The pool and downstairs area was awesome!!

All great but first floor game room disgustingly dirty. Fooseball table needs to be thrown out. Ping pong table on last legs. Otherwise great place - terrific location. Pool and pool cabana 1st rate.

Fantastic Location & Pool!

We loved the area and the pool! The listing was accurate, but a little confusing as it makes it seem as if one bedroom has two kings. There’s two bedrooms with a king in each and two bedrooms with a queen in each. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms for it to affect our stay. We loved the pool area and how close the house is to the beach in both directions. 10-12 min walk to the gulf side and 5 min walk to the bay front/pier side. Our family loved the Two Scoops ice cream shop that was so close and the gorgeous views of the Sunshine Skyway. Some suggestions are:1. Would be awesome to have a fridge and bathroom in the pool area.2. Water pressure in both bathrooms made it hard to flush and showers were weak.3. Repair the kitchen sink faucet lever - it’s broken.4. Improved mattresses5. A clear designated spot for bathroom use for pets - it’s a pet friendly property but we weren’t sure where exactly to let her use the restroom when not on a walk.6. There is no pool alarm due to the gates, so when we first got there, we were a little confused on how to work things.7. Put a diagram of what each switch is for - we weren’t sure which switch worked the pool light, etc,O really it was an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

Confortable accommodation

Overall we had a very good experience and nice stay. A few things to be considered in the future: Garage and playroom patio weren’t as clean as the rest of the house. There was a fridge in the garage with old food in bad condition. Tv remote controllers did not work for patio TV. Very few cleaning products. No kitchen sponge, no kitchen towels, no multipurpose cleaning, No coffee filters, at least for first time use.
