This historic charming property built in 1933 is in the heart of Burns Park and is under a mile to U of M Stadium and Downtown Ann Arbor. It is a comfortable 4 bedroom can sleep (8) comfortably with ample living space to enjoy a dinner together in the dining room or watch the ball game around the tv in the living room. The internet connection is lightning fast. Additionally there is a washer and dryer in the basement and a workout room with stair stepper and weights.

Radiator heat keeps the home cozy, and each room is equipped with a separate wall unit A/C to provide ample cooling.

There is room for 1-3 cars in the driveway and there is also free parking on the street. The Big House is about a 20 minute walk and downtown is a 5 minute Uber ride.
