We had a lovely stay over the weekend with my friend. Very clean room, nice food and friendly staff. Area is nice in the city center, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Definitely recommend for the trip to Ankara.

Good hotel that needs some update

Staff and service is very good, it's clear that it's a 5 star hotel in that aspect. They make you feel comfortable. Rooms are big enough, but some amenities need renovation. For example, TVs, air conditioning control system, or plugs are old. Area is nice as you have next to you a mall and lots of restaurant options, however, this also can make the area litte bit noisy, specially on weekends.

Çok kötü bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. 5 nisan tarihindeki konaklamamızda ankarada sıcaklık 8 derece idi. otelin hem genel mekanları hem odaları buz gibiydi, ısıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu. bunu ilgililere bildirdiğimizde nisan itibari ile ısıtma sisteminin kapatıldığı bildirildi, istememiz durumunda odamıza elektrikli fanlı ısıtıcı gönderebileceklerini söylediler. bu sınıfta bir otelde odayı elektrikli bir fanlı ısıtıcı ile ısıtarak konakladık. fanlı ısıtıcı gürültüsünden gece uyuyamadık. rezalet bir deyimdi
