The hotel is very clean and elegant, the rooms were nice and spacious. Great breakfast. However the location is on a one way street and due to construction everywhere, it was very difficult to get to the hotel

Very nice room with a good space and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the lady at reception desk was friendly and very kind. Near metro station and then easy to visit the main touristic attractions.

Apart Hotel in Ankara

This hotel is not luxurious, but the apartment suite we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Due to the warm temps in Ankara, the place was a bit warm and had no AC. Opening the windows helped a lot. But there is heavy traffic noise. The beds were comfortable and for the price, the accommodations were fine. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

This hotel is the best. I would give it ten stars if I could. The staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is also clean and delicious. A washing machine, electric range, microwave, sink, and clothes horse are provided in the room. It has everything a traveler needs and is a comfortable place to feel like home. If I come back to Ankara, I will stay again. Thanks to golaz, I was able to make happy memories in Ankara. thank you very much. :)

Excellent stay with honest and very kind staff. Yusuf was very helpful. We left our ear buds at our room and they reached out to let us know we had left it behind. They go above and beyond. Everyone was wonderful, I would definitely stay again.

Just great

We stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room. Originally we booked 1 night but extended immediately after seeing it. This was the best stay in our 4 weeks travel in the region. Well equipped, modern, tidy, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Turkish and it was served on the roof so we got to admire the kalesi. We took a few min taxi from train station to get there but it is close to 2 metro stations and an easy walk to Ulus also.

This review is three stars due to fact that we were not given the room we booked & the hotel refused to give us a discount worth mentioning. We booked the Grand Suite which was supposed to have 1x QueenBed, 2 x single beds, & a sofabed. (i believe this was a 2 bedroom apartstyle) Upon arrival we were told that there was a problem with the washing machine so we were put in a different room. I worked out that this was a Deluxe Room as it was missing the two twin beds. Which means i was forced to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge room for 2 nights. I asked the girl on the desk for a discount as i was not given the room i booked and she kept stating that the Grand room is normally charged at a much higher rate than what i was being charged for by Expedia / Hotels. I told her this was not my problem and that was the rate i booked at. This conversation went on and on with no resolution. I asked her to speak to her manager. Upon check out i was given a discount $5.50 USD. I was well over it by that stage. I did check through Hotels.com as a comparison i could have gotten the 2 nights for about $33USD cheaper if i had booked the Deluxe Room. So I wasn’t happy about the situation. I either want the room i booked, or not to be over charged for something else. Apart from that, the room was clean. Decent size. Washing machine. Clothes horse you can hang your washing on. Water pressure in the shower was good. Small convenience store within 5 m
