Some issues with a noisy room but the hotel resolved the issue on the last night. Advise you ask for a quiet room on check-in to avoid noisy night club music. Manager addressed issue well. Room super comfortable.

As a family, including our dog, we stayed one night at the Downtown Ankara Hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We asked for a late check-out and the receptionists were so helpful. There are many cafes, and restaurants around, so easy to dine. We enjoyed our stay and will make reservations happily in the future.

Great for money

The hotel is quite good and of excellent value for the money. It is in a great location and hotel staffs are extremely nice. Be sure to check out the spa and Turkish bath. Truly great. I would not put a top rate for the restaurant because there are many great food out there. But if you do not want to walk, then you will find great comfort in dining in.

Absolutely stunning Hotel. I have been staying at this hotel every summer for the past 3 years. I absolutely fell in love with the hotel and feel so lucky to stay there. The staff is amazing and always helpful. The spa is very clean and the masseuses are just amazing, very professional!!! The food is very high of quality. Overall the hotel is very clean and has a very modern design. We had a car and had no problem parking. One of the things that I enjoy the most is the mall and all the dining options, coffee shops around the hotel, all walkable distance. Definitely recommend this hotel, I am looking forward for my next time there.

The hotel is ok, staff are super nice, and location is amazing. The only drawback is the condition of hotel. We stayed for 6 days, upon check-in, the given room’s AC was broken and internet was super weak. Asked for a room change and the reception was kind to relocate us to an upper floor. AC was working but internet was terrible. It’s an ok hotel, 5 star hotel? No.

The good: Breakfast was a huge spread and very tasty. We saw people ordering as well. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were amazing and very accommodating and changed our room to a king, and brought us a folding bed for our daughter when we realized the standard was two twins and there was no way my husband and I would fit together. The bad: the restaurants and cafes were right outside and it was quite noisy. We could hear music and it was on a Wednesday. Our daughter went to swim in the pool but we learned that swim caps were required which she refused to wear.
