Me han cobrado dos veces la estancia, hotels.com hizo el cobro y luego en el hotel tambien. Pagué por una cama matrimonial y me han dado una sencilla, Me asignaron una habitación que se veía que fue usada por otro cliente y tal cual me la entregaron con los pelos en las sábanas y en el inodoro. Habitación sin aire que para verano es fatal, se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle y los autos. Me siento robado y me molesta que le vean la cara de tonto a las personas.

It was a dirty place and smelled closed and dust. I don´t recommend you to go there. Besides, they don´t speak English at all and there was no Breakfast because of covid.

Disgusting hotel,not worth booking

Disgusting hotel. Booked room with breakfast-breakfast refused to provide, the COVID19 is to blame. Question-why then sell a room with breakfast included at Hotels.com ?? They cheat tourists. The only hotel in a month of travel in Turkey, which refused to serve the breakfast included in booking. The Internet is banally turned off in the morning, by the evening they are turned on and everything works. The hotel is old and dirty, of course the room was never cleaned. There is no air conditioning either. No Nothing, like conscience.

Simple and clean, great location. Highly recommend

Cheap stay with a great location. Relatively near the metro station and the Opera and museums. The room was clean, very silent, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Reasonable room in this price

An old hotel, too good for its room prices. Bedsheets were clean but there smell of somesomold sort of old wooden furniture or carpet is there in the room..Near to city center. There are old stuff shops around and also furniture and electronics goods market nearby. A number of low cost restaurants are within 200m. The staff is very polite nd cooperative and provides excellent service.
