"We had a really lovely stay and would definitely return. The resort was excellent, with several pools, beautiful grounds and a great location right by the beach. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily and very comfortable. There were plenty of places to get food throughout the day and the food was varied, although generally just okay. The facilities were very good, with a well-equipped gym, spa and beauty salon. There are quite a few stairs around the resort, although alternatives are available....

"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. She said she lives 15 min away and will come by when it's needed. We mentioned that we will have to...
