"Great location next to park and short walk to old town area. Room was large and comfortable, with great rain shower. At Check-in, staff explained how to "beat the parking" meter 3hr limit outside hotel. Coffee in café was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel."

Only bummer was parking was tight, and mostly not available (though the staff were very helpful in steering us to other areas). Bit dated room, but comfy, slept 4 of us perfectly, and honestly would stay again!"

"Very nice hotel, staff was great. Our 5 year old got sick and the staff was awesome and got us extra towels for cleaning up from him getting sick. The room was spacious with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs pull out sofa. Location wasn't walkable with the kids to anything in the center, but it was convenient because parking was free and the grocery store was right across the street."

"used a few times before so would recommend this hotel. Good location and we used a free car park several minutes walk away. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was a nice size & clean, overlooking the street below although, in my opinion it would benefit from a little tlc. . We watched a fiesta parade from the open windows last time we stayed. Buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with a nice fresh selection. First time we stayed a couple of years ago we had a lovely evening meal & wine which was very nice & reasonably priced however I'm not sure of the operating hours of the bar/lounge, would be well worth checking. Jaca has a lovely 'feel' to it."
