We stayed a quick overnight. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful, providing a map of the area. Underground parking secure, extra $15 euros but worth it.

Spacious and very clean rooms. However, one front desk employee was unfortunately very unfriendly and discourteous when answering questions. Also, the air conditioning was not working properly and the room felt very hot.

Good location, good breakfast buffet. Bathroom shower had mold in corners, drapery off the hooks, very poor TV content. Few channels on. Other than that an average hotel, would not rate 4 Stars as advertised.

Entertainment should be universal in hotel

Tv channels were very boring. Hotel is for everyone so TV channels should in English and Spanish not just only Spanish old-fashioned.
