These are 3 suites very well built with fine finishing, interior design project and fully planned by architect, lots of space and quality. Air conditioning in all rooms including in the living room ** use of hardwood and old bricks (a rarity)
The house has a kennel, green territory located in the best condominium in the region where it is located where all the houses are extremely luxurious and of the same standard.
On the banks of the dam of st maria da serra, capivari river and Piracicaba is where it is located, on the main street 50mts from the marina of the condominium. * I'm also interested in selling *
