"This is truly a little gem! A fairly newly opened hotel, a small hotel of 5 rooms with personal charm. The staff mentioned that the plan is to complete the construction and add another 5 rooms. Located above a quiet restaurant in a very quiet area just outside Hikkaduwa, right on the beach so the waves and the beach are your table neighbors at breakfast. The beach is not suitable for swimming due to heavy surf and a strong side current but Talpe beach a 1.5k walk or tuk-tuk away has a safe beach behind a reef. "
