Niemand konnte ein einziges Wort englisch In dem Zimmer gab es praktisch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten Der preis war zu hoch, was wahrscheinlich auch an dem grossen Ansturm auf die Insel gelegen hat! Silvester Das Frühstück war eigentlich ganz gut! Viele frische Früchte!

Disappointing stay

The Pousada looks nice and cozy at first but the rooms are more than disappointing. When entering the pousada we were offered a room with mould all over the ceiling. We immediately complained about it and were offered the room next to the previous one. This room didn‘t show mould but it was repainted only shortly before, as the smell was still in it. We believe, that there was nothing done against the mould, as in some parts, you could still see it. In addition to this, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. The whole room wasn‘t cleaned very well but just superficially. Furthermore, even though it is nice to have some color in a room, we prefer white towels as they can be washed at hotter temperatures. The towels in the pousada were of nice colors, but when drying oneself with it, one was covered with lint all over the body. Not only were the rooms disappointing, also did the WiFi, the AirCon and the Fan not work during the whole stay. We were told initially that it would be repaired the next day but it wasn‘t. The breakfast was ok but couldn’t make up for the other inconveniences.
