One night to put up with it.

Not too bad but the car park is in a poor state and up the street from the hotel entrance .. which is not great when it is raining and you have to drag your luggage along uneven pavements and over bumps and potholes all while getting soaking wet.

Totally disorganised. The hotel's pleasant enough, but it's a lottery whether or not you get the room you booked, or any room! Don't seem to have any booking process..

The hotel was okay only. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Overall my room was clean however there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The hot water in both sink and shower got to only the cool side of warm. The booking included parking however the hotel parking lot cannot accommodate more than a few cars and the streets nearby are very crowded. Front desk staff was very friendly. Would not be my first choice in the area.

Poor first impressions matter

Online booking. Confirmation information did not extend to necessary check in details but our arrival time was within the parameters of supposed manned reception. On arrival access was problematic and achieved only with the help of another visitor. Eventually one (extremely surly) staff member with poor attitude opened the door and dismissively pointed to envelopes containing the room keys before disappearing in a cloud of disinterest without providing the front door key code which the other guest had been provided with. The experience was unwelcoming and disconcerting and gave a poor impression of what by the following morning had been an ok experience.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Facilities were as advertised. Also, they were very kind to hold a large amount of our luggage for 6 hours after checkout to accommodate our travel plans.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Personnel sympathique, chambre confortable et propre (sauf les radiateurs plein de poussière, mais pas encore en service). Petit déjeuner correct avec tout ce qu'il faut. Je dois retourner à Angoulême en 2026 et je pense loger à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Wifi beaucoup trop lent

Séjour d'affaires d'une nuit. Le wifi était inexploitable à cause d'un débit trop lent. Séjour en Août pendant les fortes chaleurs, il n'y a pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur d'appoint. Parking non réservé à l'hôtel. Il était complet alors que l'hôtel était presque vide... Sinon hôtel propre et confortable mais un peu vetuste.
