"The location was great, just a quick walk to the convention center and restaurants. The hotel was good but they didn’t provide the daily housekeeping service as promised in writing at check-in. We returned to an untouched room 4 out of 5 days requiring follow up with the front desk. A couple times the housekeeping staff was already gone for the day. This was irritating, especially considering the high cost of the room. However the beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was great. A comfortable side chair would have been nice. Overall, a good hotel experience."

"The room was nice and clean and the staff that checked us in was very nice and professional. We reserved a room for 6 people including 4 kids. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, but found out at check in that the pool is closed until at least next week. The Expedia website led us to believe we would have access to a pool and does say anything about it being closed. We also weren't thrilled that there were no pillows available for the pull out sofa bed. We asked the gentleman at the front desk, but he said he could not give us additional pillows and that there is a specific number of pillows in each room. The breakfast was good, so that was a plus! "
