The air conditioned bedrooms and spacious bathrooms were great. Our host was easy to work with and always answered our questions and met our needs promptly. "We had a wonderful week in the villa. We were a large group of 11 including four children of various ages. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The best feature of the house is definitely the pool and the outdoor dining area which is very spacious and luxurious. Check in was straightforward and Piero was a very responsive and helpful host. The kitchenettes are well equipped and we appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine. The air conditioning was excellent and we were very comfortable. There is no internal living room but the outdoor space makes up for this. The location is convenient and only a short drive away from Alghero and a large number of beautiful beaches. The neighbouring property has dogs who do unfortunately bark (including at night) but this was really the only negative factor. Thanks very much Piero. "

"The garden and pool are great and our kids loved it. However:--when we made the reservation we asked if we could extent our stay with one night. This was ok, so we booked our flight tickets. Later on we received a message it was not possible after all (only if we payed 1.200 euro instead of 900 euro for the last night to compensate for the broken week). So we had to stay in a hotel for our last night. -The advertisement states that there is a ping-pong table which our kids love. They were disappointed to find out there is no pingpong tabel. -Also the hot tub which is mentioned in the advertisement is not there-In one of the sleeping rooms the airco was broken, so two of our adult kids had to sleep in one bed. -On Tuesday the neighbour started to play music right next to fence where the only shade spot at the pool is. This went on for the rest of the week. As we understood from the agent/owner they could not do anything about it because it is legally allowed to play music on your property. "

"Stayed for a week with family. Great property which was spotless and has lovely little swimming pool. Made great use of the outside BBQ.Check in was quick and easy and garden and pool are maintained by lady who lives downstairs which brought a sense of security and she was there to rescue us when we had a problem!Would recommend to anyone after some peace and quiet in there own space but only a short drive to Alghero which has a beautiful old town and also to many stunning beaches.Sella Mosca vineyard is close by and well worth a visit."
