The room(luxury family room)is as bad as it gets. I think they need remodeling. There is an Extra towel Charge. I don’t know this is usual. Nothing gonna happen stay again.

Food was delicious. Staff were great! Beautiful pools. Kudos to the cooks and to the receptionists.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Pool was very nice size. Only thing wrong was no hot water and low pressure in the shower and the TV only had 3 channels and they were in Chinese.

The staff are friendly and the free pick-up, drop service(SM,Walking street, around near) is good. The view of the pool is so good. I want to introduce this hotel to my friend.

nearby or around free pick up & drop service best. hotel is well maintained. pool side very nice. All the staff were kindly and value for money and the facilities were better than I thought. I will visit again next time.

Philippine holiday in Angeles Palace Hotel
Staircase have a couple of peeling carpets which is very dangerous. (no lift) The air conditioner does not blow cold air. Bedside lamp does not work, ceiling lights dark and 1 bulb not working, switch when entering room does not work. Bathroom is block, it clears slowly.Arrived at 11:30 pm and the room was not done, and no bed sheet, have to request towel, the following evening, room made brought two towels apologising they are a bit damp, BUT ACTUALLY smelt of BODY ODOUR! Brought them myself at the reception and have to change them. Four days when we comeback there are 1 or 2 cocraches quickly disappearing from somewhere when we enter the room. Not surprised, dirty glasses and bottles left for 3 days in the hall next to our room not cleared! Breakfast room, aircoditioned, at least 50 flies flying around covered food. I paid extra to upgrade my room and this is what they offer. I do not recommend this Hotel at all!

stay started not well..first room, A/C was not working, so i had to insist to get a new room...i finally got a new one, where AC went fine. Hotel is in Korean hand, so food is nearly all for korean.there is a free shuttle bus, which u can use until 4 am. just call the reception, they arrange pickup in Angeles. Staff very friendly and helpful. all in all, it is a bit far away from fields AVE, so you have all time to use free shuttle...the hotel is not in best condition, small renovations would be nice, to keep the whole object in better condition.

Highlight is the Pool
Old hotel.....poorly maintained. Aircondition was very poor, needed and electric fan to cool up the room. Bathroom ceiling had molds. Main door loose, could easily be picked and entered.

어떻게 이런 여인숙을 호텔이라고 올려 놓는지 모르겠네요 문도 제대로 안 닫히고 모든것이 드러워 손 대기가 싫었어요 익스피디아에 2박 결재 까지 끝내고 갔는데 방이 없다고 하네요 그시간 익스피디아 연결도 안되어서 다른 호텔에 자고 디음날 1박 갔더니 밤 6시 이후에 오래요 9시 가니 체크아웃 손님 많다고 40분 기다리게하고 방에 가니 tv는 켜져있고 자려고 tv 꺼려니 리모콘 없어요 암튼 이런 데를 전화도 안받고 결재하는 잌스피디아 옮깁시다

Hotel ist schon ein wenig älter aber für 1-2 Tage auf jedefall gut. Mt. Pinatubotour nicht über das Hotel buchen, ist zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern. Hatte zudem viele Golfgäste.

친절함.청결은 아쉬움.
그냥 우리나라 시골의 관광호텔급. 객실과 화장실이 좀 청결이 아쉬웠지만 그럭저럭. 직원들은 친절했어요. 코리아타운과 가까워요. 워킹스트리트랑도 가깝구. 픽업,드롭서비스가 넘 좋았어요.
