Property is old. We are currently remodeling little by little. If you visit our hotel again next time, I will make it more pleasant.

Don’t paid extra for breakfast as its not provided
Hotel failed to honor its breakfast offer even though additional money was paid for this. The hotel should offer at least a partial refund and an apology for poor service and untrained staff. There is no excuse.

Staff was great all around. There is a learning curve with the shower though. Has a very high step in angle about 21 inches. Hotel is showing some age but is close to walking street and American Legion. What more can you ask for.

This hotel was the most dirty broken down hotel ive ever seen. The pictures on the website show it as clean and fairly nice. Dont be fooled. This place is a dump. Even if they paid you to stay you wouldn't want to. The owner promised a refund back using Expedia. But he lied and never allowed the refund.

Dust caked everything that doesn't get wet. They charged an additional charge for breakfast even though it was included with the reservation. Missing toilet seats, mold, prior resident smoking odors. The pool is what's left of what was probably a nice inground pool that now is a rain water catch with an attendant the skims it.

Al of it as stated . Housekeeper lourdes was 5 stars in service . The owner Sam was on the ball with everything We cancelled our other reservations to stay at 999 Hotrl . Highly Recommended for yiu vacation. The room price is unbeatable we chacked them all. We will.only stay here next time and every time.

The room was not as clean as you would expect, The wifi did not work. The tv worked but the cable was not working so no tv. Shower did not operate properly.The air conditioning was not working properly. Lastly, the staff though apologized, they did nothing to correct the problems.

Sam the owner of the hotel was on hand to handle any questions the guests had. Sam goes to great lengths to make your stay as pleasant as possible

Off the beaten path
It is an older but renovated hotel. Sam the owner will do all in his power to accommodate your requests. One has to remember U are in the Philippines and not Las Vegas so Luxury is harder to supply. I enjoyed the tub, which is a Big Luxury in any Philippines hotel. The restaurant and pool - across the street - didn't live up to standards. Overall worth the money paid.

Come for the price, the beds;but manager is #1!!
The 'myth' the 'expression' that "STAFF MAKE A HOTEL"....here is SO TRUE. Sam's son TONY runs a fantastic hotel, and the way he does it...makes...me...stay...day...after...day. I really planed 10 hotels in 20 days this trip; but why leave such a family like environment? Someday he'll run a 100-bed hotel' I'll not be surprised. Beds, especially the king, are super (comfy and quiet). Pool and free breakfast, nice. Happy to bring clients here #bodyguard.inc

Manager 'Sam' is a 1-in-million good! Super value!
'Sam is the 'Man'. NEVER felt so welcome checking in...from anywhere...worldwide. American/Korea/Filipino managers should learn.... as he's different heritage young superstar. I came for 1 night but stayed 3. He's a problem-solving, sleeps in hotel, almost 24-7, caring manager. Example? I arrived late, hungry, his kitchen had closed, but their (super) pool & outdoor Karaoke pavilion was open with a private party. Yet Sam escorted me to the pool/grill area, introduced me, said 'take care of this guest please', and I got the best late night T-bone steak ever (see photo cook's photo) Oh yes-the room; I had the King size, and slept well with super pillow, BLACK out windows...and knowing I's got all this service and comfort for a VERY LOW price. I'm very honest with these reviews; cable condition was 12? channels? Yet I'll return, for all, but especially to say hello to MGR SAM, true one-in-a-million. #bodyguard.inc

This is Coackroach City
I look at its overall rating of 3.3 which is the reason I booked into this hotel and I wonder if some members of staff at this hotel had something to do with it.Maybe its just my room 103.From the get go we were assaulted by large huge cockroaches coming out of nowhere. We went out got a spray can of potent insect killer to add to the one I had brought from Vietnam (needed it there for ants).We Killed a whole tribe of them -14 in our 5 nights there! When we left we thought we were rid of the critters but no ! we wanted an afternoon in a hotel in Manila and one of them came out of one of my bags which I had to kill with my bare hands. Another came out at Terminal 1 Manila airport and scurried away.Somewhere in Bogota Lima or alaska (or just simply still at the airport looking for a ride) is a roach looking for a new husband/wife. Every single day we detailed our encounters with the roaches but the staff did nothing- not a roach bomb nothing. They smiled kindly and left the roaches to their own devices They left it to us to deal with their infestation. There were plenty of drain flies too but those did not fight hard when you killed them. Word of warning. Dont spray these things before bed. Roaches dont die easy. They will flick and and rock and roll on their backs as those who ave seen roaches die will testify. Against a metal drain that noise will wake the dead let alone those suffocating from the roach spray. Sometimes it was a matter of who dies first them or you

Stayed for one night only but the staff was ok but could be more friendlier when initially greeting the customers.The owner or manager seemed to be a bit suspicious of our reservation but he seemed ok later. We rented 3 rooms. The rooms were good. Only drawback is if you have lots of luggage or heavy luggage there is no elevator and you have to carry it up flights of stairs to your floor. The one lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She seemed to be there the whole time. I cannot recall her name. Overall a good stay.

999 Hotel is recommendable
We are contented & happy at our stay at 999 Hotel. The room is clean. Appliances are all working and in trend. Breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed swimming. Negative only is we were not able to use the wifi during our stay.

Nicely sited within amenities, easy tricycle n jeepney rides to malls n restaurant nearby...walking streets have many bars n food outlets of many choices.....hotel staffs are friendly n courteous....recommend strongly if u visiting clark.........hotel provides free transport from airport n departing......overall very fantastic stay with my partner..........

Be aware, no windows in the rooms. Not a problem for a short stay but I was there for 3 weeks. I'd like to know when the sun is up or when it's disappearing. Room could do with a table and chair. Overall the are some improvements since my last stay a year ago. Still a bit to go but I can't fault the cleanliness or the staff. Had a couple of problems which were dealt with very promptly although one meant I had to be moved, luckily to an identical room next door.

The perfect hotel for a short stay in Angeles. It is close to the airport and into town. The staff and especially the owner is super helpful and kind. No matter what we needed he could help us.
