"This is a great place to stay! Perfect for a honeymoon get away! And if you come in off season like we did you'll have lots of space and privacy! There is so much to see and do. You can walk out to a island at low tide and enjoy the island and water around it. You can walk the beach and see lots of cool shells and unique things! Its lots of fun to explore. The host is quite workable and let us cook on his grill almost every evening. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy! He took us on a boat ride, made us supper one evening, and kept us well informed of all the fun things to do and places to eat around!! We loved it and will definitely be back!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this home and the hosts! We are a multigenerational family of 12, and we ALL loved this property! The kitchen is well equipped, we were able to cook full meals for 12 without issue. The house is stocked with pool toys, floaties, noodles and plenty of extra beach towels. We used them every day in the pool and ocean. The pool is large and accommodating for all of us to hang out and relax. (And it has a heater, but we didn’t need that in August!). The beach/ocean is literally in the back yard. The view is stunning! The covered patio, outdoor dining table and chairs as well as several outdoor couches made for plenty of room to enjoy the space. Fun amenities like games, some free weight dumbbells, and movies and popcorn made it really feel like “home”. Every bedroom is well appointed and has its own AC controls. There are a variety of grocery stores within 5-20 minutes of the house. We did several excursions in downtown Nassau and the drive was approximately 30-40 minutes one way, but the joy of returning to our quiet, neighborhood home was so lovely! Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The hosts had great recommendations and their binder of information for the area was spot on. From planning questions to the final checkout, the hosts were communicative and top tier. Would absolutely, 100%, recommend this rental!"

"Beautiful location, beautiful and cozy and super clean home. Comfy beds. Ocean right beneath you, no need to go anywhere else! Everything you need is there and more- beach chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, boogie boards, floaties, toys, even a yoga mat!! You can snorkel right in your backyard and see all kinds of fish and stingrays and beautiful ocean life! If you take your paddle boards about 1 km out there is a gorgeous coral reef that is super worth visiting at low tide. The hosts and property managers were super responsive to our needs and our questions. We cannot wait to come back here !"
