"Dealt with a dirty bathroom when checking in. Hair on the shower walls. Hairs in towels that were fresh. Had a broken toilet seat and clogged bathroom sink. Called to get it fixed front office said they will get back to me and call me never did. The next day at the morning I went downstairs to ask for manager and he wasn’t available. Told from desk lady to send someone to fix that toilet seat. Almost went inside the bowl the night before I used it. Finally the housekeeper manager went to get it replaced and also unclogged the sink. She cleaned the restroom and also provided us with clean towels. She was the only helpful person that’s why I gave the staff 2 starts because of the housekeeper manager fixing the issues. Room had a stench of mildew coming from AC unit. I don’t write reviews but it was a must after this horrible stay. Stay away… stayed at many holiday inns and this one is the last one I will due to the issues I faced with during this stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had a nice variety to choose from, not just a Continental like some other free breakfast hotels. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty but it didn't prevent me from doing what I wanted. And, the staff were all very nice and accommodating!"

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I stayed right next to the elevator and was surprised how quiet the room was. Front desk staff was great! Very friendly. Seems understaffed. Only one person working so the wait time for speaking to someone at the front desk was patience testing."
