"The room was clean, but dated. The check in was good staff was good. But the noise was unbelievable. Music was played at an indescribable high volume. People were yelling and screaming outside, car doors were being slammed every few minutes. "

"Breakfast was cold. My room had stains on the floor and lipstick stains on the comforter. Missing tiles under the bathroom sink. Staff was nice (except the breakfast staff). It was okay. "

"Internet only works when the place is empty. Spent 2 days on with Expedia and the place ti get refunded for last 2 days. Staff claimed it was our international phones and gave US a number to call. Not helpful as this number stated they did not service Sonesta! All this while arranging/ attending a funeral! Ended up with loads of data charges- our phones were fine and had WiFi everywhere else. People live there and obviously use several devices. If you have local phone service, you’re fine, then you’ll get free occasional WiFi ! The place is run down, carpet ripped up, hair in the vanity drawer. This used to be a beautiful hotel. Will not return. "

"They were pet friendly. The room was dingery and the bath tub was so bad we would not even get in it to take a shower. The pictures on the website were not even close to how the room looked. We will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. "

"Beautiful hotel. Comfortable space in the room, with clean, nice towels, good water pressure, good lighting, refrigerator and TV and coffee maker in room, easy to adjust heat and ac with wall thermostat. Restaurant and bar on 1st floor. Very convenient. Hotel and restaurant staff attentive. Balcony and lobby spaces in the hotel for relaxing. Location ideal."
