Luxurious finca with large pool in a unique location

The luxurious finca is located in the southwest of Mallorca in the beautiful and tranquil town of Andratx.

Look forward to a stylish finca with the latest equipment and great comfort 40 km from Palma Airport. The finca, renovated in 2019, has 3 bedrooms, one of them a master room with bathroom en suite, as well as another bathroom and a guest toilet.

In the middle of the green, this finca is equipped with free WiFi and flat-screen cable TV in the living room and bedrooms. The luxurious kitchen equipment invites you to self-catering. (The nearest supermarket is about 3 km away.) If you don't feel like cooking, numerous restaurants in the area look forward to your visit.

Spend the day with a cool drink by the pool or in the beautifully landscaped garden or relax after an eventful day on the 300m² terrace with a barbecue area and a view of the mountains. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from the in-house "wine cellar".

For a comfortable journey there are 4 free parking spaces directly at the house.

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings

The house is exactly as described and photographed - beautiful inside and out. The garden and pool area is stunning with gorgeous views and very private and quiet, even though there are other properties nearby. Great location - about a 15/20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Andratx, 10 minutes to Port Andratx and about 30 mins to Palma. The kitchen is modern and well equipped (although we didn't cook too much as there is such a great choice of restaurants in Port Andratx.) There are also some beautful walks from the house. Thanks also to Hana and Gina who responded really quickly to any questions we had while we were there. HIghliy recommended!

Beautiful , peaceful villa in stunning location

The property was beautiful, modern, lovely pool, gardens and mountain views. It had everything you would need for a holiday stay also including an nespresso machine . The only thing I would say is that the location is amazing but it isn’t walking distance to anything so you do have to have a car or use taxis which is a short drive to port andratx.
