Hotel ROC Illetas & SPA
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Breakfast and dinners were very good. We took advantage of the seafood at every meal. Sea bass, Dorado , colvina , grilled calamar. Universal Aparthotel Don Camilo
Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent.
