"We really loved staying here. Rolando and his family were super welcoming and at the same time gave privacy in the apartment. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and loved being a bit away from the town but still close enough where it was a 30 min. walk or 5 min. drive. "We began our tour of Ecuador in Quito here at Santiago's property. The building is more impressive in person. It is attended 24 hours by friendly and helpful security in the lobby. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The building is very clean. The location is great as the Bosque mall is across the street - you can find anything you'd need there. Andres assisted us with accessing the room, and was also very friendly and accomodating. We plan to return again soon!"

"I recommend this apartment, it is close to everything, clean and well equipped. The listing says it can accommodate up to three people. However, the rate listed is for one person and there is an extra charge for the second and third person. I had two people and had to pay extra for the second person. Suggest you clarify rate with host when booking. Except for this, it is an excellent apartment and the host is pleasant and helpful."

"We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Quito Royal for several nights and had a good experience. The hotel is clean, and comfortable, and the location is good, close to many nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito."
