- In a charming, quiet, and peaceful village near the Burgundy Canal, a detached house with a small stream running alongside the garden. On the ground floor: a kitchen opening onto a large living/dining room with a wood-burning insert (firewood provided), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds, and 2 cots/children’s beds). Large, fully enclosed garden with trees, featuring an outdoor kitchen, patio furniture, a barbecue, and a large garage. Price includes firewood for the insert, bath linens, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets allowed. There is no Wi-Fi, but 4G works very well with Orange, SFR, and Free.<br><br>UTILITY COSTS AND OPTIONS:<br><br>Included in the rent:<br>bed linens and towels - end-of-stay cleaning - electricity

Nous étions trois adultes et deux enfants pour passer un week-end prolongé, dans cette région. Cette location était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. Murielle, notre hotesse a été absolument charmante, répondant à toutes nos doléances. La maison était très propre et parfaitement équipée. Nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur des jours marqués d'une canicule épouvantable et malgré des ventilateurs gentiment mis à notre disposition, les nuits ont été difficiles à gérer. L'environnement est charmant et calme. À refaire avec des températures moins élevées.

La gite était bien équipé. On était mal informé (trop tard) sur la caution et la somme de 500 est trop.

Gite tres bien situé qui permet de grande promenade du gite a pied comme à vélo. Jardin au top. Par grosse chaleur comme lors de notre week-end il est toujours possible d avoir un coin a l'ombre. Barbecue coin apero.Top du top. Petit bemol la chaleur dans les chambres qui sont difficiles a aerer.Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille avec le berger allemand de notre fils qui a apprécié le jardin et les rivières avoisinantes qui pemettent la baignade.Par contre je conseille de venir avec ses propres vélos. Ceux fournis n etant pas utilisable en sécurité (pneus craqués, problème frein..).
