Nice studio does not guarantee a good service level

Nice studio, would be better with a bed and not a clikclak. Building entrance very ugly, smelly and dirty. Poor explanation from the manager regarding the access, and ultimately got angry because we did not put the keys at the right place and hanged up the phone....
