"The pictures used on Expedia for the rooms represent the room in its "tidiest state", but when you actually are in one of the rooms, the interior is in much worse shape (walls/beddding). The bathroom section has a toilet that barely has room for legs because a wall is in the way. At night mosquitoes can come in and so do cockroaches. While I am not scared of either, the mosquitoes are definitely annoying.
While if you have command of Spanish, you can talk with the receptionist but if you don't...

"We had a family room with double size bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable. There was room for suitcases but not much more room which was fine, we just wanted to sleep.
Our reservation was for 13:00-2300. We got in at 8:00 and were able to switch our time so we got right in plus extended two hours, so convenient!!
