Property was all that was advertised. It provided us with excellent location for our almost 3 weeks of stay. Quite neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, gas, groceries, drug store, etc. The space was well maintained and had all needed items for our stay.

Home away from home.

In a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to family and friends. We found our way around Anchorage and area fairly easily. We traveled from way, way out of town and this proved to be a home away from home.

A good home base in ANC

We enjoyed our stay, the duplex unit is comfortable and is nicely set up. We found most everything we needed and Costco + other stores/grocers etc are ~15 min away. It was our first time in AK and we made day trips from ANC, it worked out great, would stay there again!

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. We loved everything about it...the coziness, the convenience of the neighborhood, and the extra ammenities like a small cooler for day trips and car scraper that we needed for some early snow. This home is spotless and easy to enjoy.

A great little gem

The little gem was exactly as described. Paul and Darlene were exceptional hosts. They made sure we had all the information the day before our trip started and stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we needed while we were in Anchorage. We plan on going back in May and hope we can book this place again! Clean, convenient, and safe!

Highly recommend.

First time to visit Alaska. The home is clean, well furnished, well kept, well stocked and is in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and was convenient to all places we were going to. The re is offstreet parking and there is a backyard with a nice seating/dining area. The host was easy to reach and responded promptly. When we return back to Alaska, we will be returing back to this place to stay.

Convenient Location for nearly everything

Moved here for work and this is a convenient location for nearly everything: restaurants, shopping, breweries (no shortage of these) etc. Host was welcoming and flexible on additional days to stay there, while closing in a house purchase. Very quiet neighborhood Oct- Dec time frame. Owners are local, which is a plus, for any issues.

Great Anchorage home base

The property provided my wife and me a great base for our Anchorage stay. It was convenient to downtown, the airport and points south of the city. The property was clean and included everything to get us started. The nearby Fred Meyer provided the rest. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was at the end of a dead-end road. We would stay here again. Thanks a lot.

The home went above and beyond in supplying items that became extremely helpful. I under-packed for my trip and having easy access to a washer and dryer with laundry detergent was extremely beneficial. Other appreciated items were snacks, pamphlets and a binder full of ideas on things to do in Anchorage and surrounding areas, and DVDs to watch on evenings when we were exhausted. Definitely a very comfortable and welcoming home.
