About this property
Polar Bear Den - Close to Airport, centrally located W/BBQ ; private entrance
- This quiet townhouse is isolated from other neighbors and located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen sleep number bed as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 42" TV. The second bedroom offers a super comfortable queen size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio and BBQ grill for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen.
The garage is available to park in.
There are cameras on the property outside and in the garage. These are not used to monitor our guests, but for security.
