Perched within walking distance of Alyeska Resort Daylodge, you will be shredding fresh powder in no time! There are a few runs for beginners, but this mountain is geared more towards the experienced skier. Come summer, the mountain biking and hiking trails will keep everyone busy. Regardless of how you use your days, the local restaurants nearby will not disappoint! For a day trip, don't hesitate to head into Anchorage, just 30 miles northwest.

Featuring a lofted layout, a unique spiral staircase, and a vibrant interior, this home is fun and ready to assist in making the best memories. After a day of skiing nearby, hang up your coats and gear and curb your appetites with a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Featuring modern appliances, wooden countertops, and an adorable dining area, you will have everything needed to make and enjoy any recipe. Stargaze each night and head inside for a movie night on the TV until everyone dozes off to nature sounds outside. With all the comforts of home and more, no one will want to leave this perfect getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Clean rooms. (The drain in the bathroom sink needs to be cleaned) Quiet. Great coffee shop nearby. Well stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer was convenient. The bathroom door was very hard to close and stairs were cute but noisy to walk on.

Loved the Place

Although small, this place had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, towels. It is a great location, outside of the city but still centrally located to many places to see. Nice hiking within walking distance.

Summer at a Ski Resort

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. It's out of the city, but reasonably close to many of the things we wanted to see. There were trails within walking distance and a small grocery store nearby. The place had all of the amenities we needed. The spiral staircase was a special touch, as we have one in our home as well.

Perfect little cabin!

We loved our stay in this little cabin. This time was just my husband and I but we would return with our kids too. Very special place and great location. Beautiful mountain peak view out the living room window. Loved the turquoise and red decor also. Thank you!

Really cute cabin

The cabin was cute and very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The only issue that we had was that there were not any screens in any of the windows, and it gets hot in June. We really wanted to open some windows, but we didn't want to get eaten up by mosquitoes. Other than that, it was great!

This house looks very beat from the outside but it is FANTASTIC on the inside! The stairs are steep which was not an issue for us at all but could be for others. Very clean, had plenty of towels!! The kitchen sink is a little challenging and the washer/dryer combo is kind of terrible but was glad to have it the day we needed it. Overall I would definitely stay again! Very clean and comfortable!

My friend and I rented this property for a wedding weekend in Girdwood and it was perfect! Close to everything in Girdwood, no issues checking in and the property was exactly as advertised. The space was well thought out, very clean and comfortable. Would highly suggest!

The outside of the house and the property did not do the inside justice! The inside of this place was adorable and the beds very comfortable. The location was right in the middle of all our events. Thank you!

Very cute, poor national property management

Not a fan of Vacasa property management. Claims to be local - but isn’t. Difficult to work with. Refused to have an early check in due to cleaning, but no one was there when we arrived. Property itself was nice - however the shower curtain was stained and the blinds in the upstairs area where you sleep didn’t close. Also one of those that they expect to have spotless (dishes washed, trash taken out, etc) which makes it feel more like a chore than a vacation. Everything else was good with the property. You have to register a vehicle ahead of time which sucks if you’re renting a car.

Loved our Girdwood Stay for our Honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a cute small cabin loft style stay. I will say we were frustrated with the fact that the shower curtain was stained yellow and black....We were also discouraged that it was summer time in Alaska and the downstairs did not have black out curtains only the upstairs window so in turn it was still bright in our cabin. Lastly, it is summer in AK.... there were not screens on the windows and it was very warm in the cabin as we could not open the windows because mosquitos kept coming in. We were very hot sleeping and did not like this aspect.But we did enjoy the coziness and LOVED that the hosts had all kinds of tv programs to pick from on the apple TV. We liked the comfort of the beds.The kitchen was well equipt as well. Also thoughtful they had mosquito and bear spray as well. All in all it was a decent stay just wish it would've been a bit cleaner and screens on the windows! Would rebook in girdwood but maybe not here!

We will def be back. Well stocked. We re used to having to bring our own soap. Tp. Laundry supplies etc etc This place was tops Loved the vibe Location. Cleanliness. Beds. Towels linens. Kitchen and tools. Absolutely everything was ideal. See ya again 🤸‍♀️
