The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure that all trash is placed into one of the trash cans in the house.
All exterior doors to the home are locked with the deadbolt and metal screen doors are shut completely all windows are closed and outdoor furniture is secured before leaving the home in case of wind.
Please place used towels in front of the washing machine as well as bed sheets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start at check-out.
Please stay off the playhouse in the back of the property. Thank you.
