  • Here you have an apartment in the bottom of a house in a highly sought after Eagle River area near the base. Parking is in the driveway for the first car the second car if the second car cannot fit behind the first car can park in the street. There is a doggie door for the dogs that goes out to a separate backyard that neck upstairs. Shopping grocery hardware etc. within 1 mile. Feel free to message me any questions. And welcome to Alaska.

Could've been great

Upon arrival, the place was really dirty. The upstairs dogs had complete run of the yards, so ours was messy and they kept peeking in our LR window (we were basement), so our dog barked. The host was great! Refunded our cleaning deposit. The home was in a great location and was cute. I think we were the first rental after a long vacancy and with the host being remote, things got forgotten. Once the host returns, things should improve.
