The spacious and tidy one-bedroom unit features 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, which can be transformed into two separate bedrooms to accommodate 4 people. It is situated just a few blocks away from a variety of restaurants, such as American, Indian, Mexican, and Japanese.

Nice for a quick trip!

It was a decent place and bed was super comfortable. It was a bit dirty, there was hair in the shower and on the walls. Overall not terrible tho, besides a couple things.

Great central Anchorage landing pad

We have activities spread all over Anchorage and the surrounding area. This little townhome served as a perfect base camp for us. Close to a walking trail we used daily! Checking in and out was smooth and it had all the basics we needed, including the washer and dryer, which helped as we accidentally under packed (who ever does that?). Would stay again.

Great return to society and comfort after Denali! We used the washer and dryer a lot and both worked well. Same for the fridge and TVs. In our tired state, we missed the bedding for the futon, but talked with the owner and found it.One improvement could be a better blackout curtain for downstairs. Otherwise, no complaints!Note that the washer dryer is upstairs next to the bed in a closet. With the door closed and enjoying the soft bed, ot was no issue for us. A very light sleeper may hear it though.

Good!

Weird area, and only 1 parking spot. Could hear neighbors easily. But easy to check in. Had washer and dryer, pet friendly, and close to everything in anchorage!

Building is older and appears to be low-income housing. The amenities were lacking, one glass and two mugs, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the week, and laundry detergent bottles were empty. The table was counter height and had one counter height chair and one regular height chair. The kitchen had an odor to it. The door and windows did not have any screens on them to allow in fresh air. The bedroom had stains on the carpet, appeared to be from a previous tenant with a pet, possibly. The unit was older but clean. The location was good to get around to see the area. It is near a creek and walking trail but homeless people are camped out there.

Perfect

Great stay! The property could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn’t anything crazy. Perfect place to rest, and see the city. Located near food spots, smoke shops, parks, and more! Nice quiet little area.

Longterm and shorttimers rental was on an inner court not explained took looking at a directions map to realize did not get code for a longtime for door. Couch bed broken only enuf coffee for one morning. Not enuf tp for stay. Wanted to extend stay communication did not go well. Price was jacked to double besided. Went to a hotel
